Red Lechwe

About

Native to the wetlands and floodplains of central and southern Africa, the Red Lechwe is a semi-aquatic antelope uniquely adapted to life in marshy environments. Recognized by its rich reddish coat and long, ridged horns, the Lechwe has elongated hooves that allow it to move efficiently through soft, waterlogged ground. They are often found near water, where they rely on their habitat for protection from predators.

For hunters, Red Lechwe provide a distinctive hunting experience, combining beautiful coloration, unique habitat behavior, and an elegant trophy.
