At ACR, our guides stay with you throughout the hunt—they do not simply drop hunters off. Each guide is assigned per species for up to three hunters, ensuring a safe, well-managed, and personalized experience. Our guides will accompany you through the high-fenced areas, assist in locating game, and confirm the size and corresponding cost of the animal before you take your shot. This ensures you have full transparency and approval of pricing prior to harvest. After the harvest, your guide will also assist with field processing and transporting the animal back to the processing facility. If you prefer a one-on-one guiding experience, we’re happy to accommodate. Simply let us know when booking, and we will provide details on the additional cost.
Our Oak and Cedar Hunter Quads are included with all trophy hunts, along with three hot meals per day. Please note that lodging and meals are not included with meat hunts. If you prefer additional space or upgraded accommodations, you may choose to upgrade your room or bed size. For more details on available options, please see Question #3.
Aspen Suites provide a more private, upscale experience with custom rugs, leather
headboards and design elements. These suites are designed in a shotgun-style layout, with a private entrance leading straight through to your own patio overlooking the guitar-shaped pool and hot tub. Each suite includes a mini refrigerator and your choice of either two queen beds or one king bed with a queen sofa sleeper. Hunter Quads (Oak and Cedar) offer a more traditional, group-oriented setup. Guests enter through a shared living space, with four separate, secure bedrooms—each featuring a private bathroom. This layout is similar to college or military-style accommodations, providing both privacy and a social atmosphere. Bed options include either one queen bed or two full beds per room.
