Native to the Indian subcontinent, the Nilgai, or Blue Bull, is the largest antelope species in Asia. Mature males develop a slate-blue coloration and short, sharp horns, while females remain tawny brown. Nilgai are highly adaptable, inhabiting open plains, scrublands, and agricultural areas. Known for their size, strength, and cautious nature, they are difficult to approach and require careful planning to hunt successfully.
